Repair Completion & Pickup Policy
1. Completion Notification
Customers will be promptly notified once their repair has been completed and is ready for pickup.
2. Pickup Window
All repaired items must be picked up within 5 days of the completion notification.
3. Storage Fees
Items not picked up within the 5-day window will incur a storage fee of $5.00 per week.
4. Abandoned Property
Any item left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion notification may be considered abandoned. ComputerWkz LLC reserves the right to dispose of or resell such items to recover repair and storage costs.
