    NO all parts recommended to get your device, computer, printer, laptop is not covered by the labor charge. A separate charge is added to the estimate when reviewing.
  • Is my diagnostics fee refundable if I choose to not move forward with my repair?
    No, The diagnostic fee is a fee we charge to look over your equipment, device, printer, computer or part. so we can quote you an exact fix for your device.
  • Are mileage and gas added to the service call
    Yes mileage and gas is added to the service call and is incorporated into service charge. So you will be charged a flat fee of 149.99 plus parts
